This daylong retreat is an opportunity for you to rest in the dharma and appreciate your good deeds. We will practice sitting and walking meditation in the spirit of nurturing self-care and compassion. There will be dharma reflections and time for sharing as individuals practicing and serving the dharma. No dana will be accepted for this daylong. We offer this as a gift to our treasured volunteers.
